A good complaints page should not manufacture negative reviews. We therefore separate what the vendor itself reports from information that can be independently verified.
What the Vendor Reports
The vendor's current sales presentation displays a large customer-review count and testimonials. We have not independently audited that number, and we do not treat those testimonials as clinical evidence.
Complaint Categories That Matter
| Category | What to check | Current assessment |
|---|---|---|
| Product experience | Does a customer's experience establish a typical outcome? | No. Individual anecdotes cannot establish average efficacy. |
| Shipping | Delivery estimates, international fees and customs delays. | Vendor publishes shipping terms; see our price page. |
| Refunds | Deadline, return requirements and shipping responsibility. | Vendor publishes a 60-day policy with return conditions. |
| Billing | One-time purchase vs recurring billing. | Vendor states purchases are one-time; verify the checkout screen. |
| Adverse effects | Whether a reported symptom is verified and causally linked. | Do not infer causality from an anecdote. |
What We Will Not Do
- We will not invent Reddit, Trustpilot or customer reviews.
- We will not convert vendor testimonials into “proof.”
- We will not call a complaint fraudulent or genuine without evidence.
- We will not use fake star ratings or review schema.
What We Recommend Buyers Check
Save the order confirmation, review the refund deadline from the delivery date, keep the packing slip, and read the vendor's current refund and shipping pages before purchasing. If you experience a significant adverse reaction, stop and seek appropriate medical advice rather than treating the complaint as merely a product-review issue.
